Britain has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the growth of Libya’s energy sector through cooperation with the National Oil Company (NOC).
During a meeting with Masoud Suleiman, Acting Chairman of the NOC, British Ambassador to Libya Martin Longden emphasized Britain’s dedication to assisting the NOC in advancing Libya’s oil industry and strengthening the country’s economy. The discussions focused on expanding collaboration between the two nations in the energy sector.
The renewed commitment comes as Libya prepares to launch its 2025 licensing round, creating new opportunities for global investors and oil and gas companies seeking to participate in the country’s energy sector growth.
