South Sudan has launched its first-ever oil and gas licensing round for its new and existing blocks. The oil licensing round is anticipated to attract interest from foreign investors to a region that is explored by oil and gas majors from China and Malaysia.

Energy Capital & Power will host, in official partnership with the Government of the Republic of South Sudan, the Ministry of Petroleum, Ministry of Energy and Dams, and Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, the South Sudan Oil & Power conference on 7-8 September 2022 in Juba, South Sudan.
