
Shelf Drilling Bags $66M Contract Offshore West Africa

Dubai-based drilling contractor Shelf Drilling has been awarded a 15-month, $66-million contract for its Tenacious jack-up rig offshore West Africa.
The contract will commence immediately following the conclusion of the rig’s current contract and will run until February 2026.
Since January 2022, the Tenacious jack-up rig has been operating offshore Angola under contract with Chevron subsidiary Cabinda Gulf Oil Company, which will continue until November 2024.
