Namibia’s Ministry of Mines and Energy has granted a license to mining company Madison Metals to expand its scope of mining activities in prospecting license 8905 (EPL-8905).

The new license broadens Madison Metal’s exploration activities to include uranium, copper, gold, silver and other valuable metals.

Madison Metals is set to earn a 90% interest in EPL-8905, which is situated in mining license 86A. The remaining 10% carried interest is held by the company’s Namibian partners.
